So, hi. I suppose this is the guarded entrance to my attempt to help others fight the same battle I have fought over the past decade. Something I’ve hesitated doing for some time. Yet, something I wish I had ten years ago when I started this trek. It’s my compilation of learnings from the time when I started a journey as a 19 year old college student powering into the mid 250s, eating myself to an early death. I was an proverbial train-wreak and going nowhere. Between then and now, I’ve managed to lose 100 pounds, keep it off and made laps and bounds emotionally and physically to the point where I think there’s at least one person I can help out there. The past 10 years have taken me down the paths of many diets, training ideas, powders, shakes, supplements – you name it. Some good, but for the most part, most bad. Very, very bad. This is where I think I can help. So, I hope you stay tuned. Amongst the other ramblings of programming and business that will surely continue to come out. This is yet another passion of mine, and one I feel strongly enough I may as well write about it. Hopefully I can steer you clear of any of the bad news I came across in my life in terms of weight loss and give you some pointers and enough encouragement to make it to and past your goals (and past your goals again and again).
